I eat very haelthy, so I don't have anything sweet, no treats, no ultra processed foods, sodas, nothing. Just organic basic ingredients and tea.
So I was worried that adding this in would cause some sort of issue, but I happy to say that I feel great when drinking this nightly, I'm getting better and longer sleep, and having a small cup of 'hot coco' every night is now something I look forward to with excitement, because it IS like a treat, when normally i'd be drinking water or tea.
Will be buying this for as long as it keeps working.

Even though I’ve only been using it for several days, it seems to be helping my sleep and restless legs. It tastes wonderful as well. Mix mine in hot milk with a little sweet cream creamer.
