1. Sponsor

The MoonBrew Apple Watch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ritual Blends Inc. d/b/a MoonBrew (“Sponsor”), located at 145 W 28th Street, Floor 11, New York, NY 10001.

Apple Inc. is not a participant in, affiliated with, or a sponsor of this promotion.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and any entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of any such person, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 11, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”), a period of twelve (12) weeks.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for determining the timing of entries.

4. How to Enter

There are multiple methods of entry into the Giveaway, as described below.

Method 1 – Active MoonBrew Subscriber

Eligible individuals who maintain an active MoonBrew product subscription during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

For purposes of these Official Rules, an “Active Subscriber” means an eligible customer with an active MoonBrew product subscription that has not been cancelled or terminated.

No additional action is required for an eligible Active Subscriber to receive an entry through this method.

Method 2 – Winback Promotional Entry – 3× Entries

Certain eligible former MoonBrew subscribers may receive a promotional winback offer directly from MoonBrew during the Giveaway Period.

An eligible individual who receives such an offer and completes the qualifying subscription purchase specified in the offer during the Giveaway Period will receive three (3) entries into the Giveaway.

Eligibility for the three-entry winback promotion is limited to individuals who receive the applicable promotional offer directly from MoonBrew and satisfy the terms and conditions communicated with that offer.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotional offer, a qualifying winback purchase will result in a total of three (3) entries for that entrant, rather than three additional entries on top of the standard Active Subscriber entry.

To remain eligible to win, an entrant who receives three (3) entries through a qualifying winback purchase must either (i) remain an Active Subscriber at the time the potential winner is selected or (ii) validly submit the free Alternative Method of Entry form described below during the Giveaway Period. Accordingly, if a qualifying winback entrant cancels or otherwise ceases to be an Active Subscriber before winner selection, that entrant must have validly submitted the free entry form during the Giveaway Period to remain eligible to win.

Method 3 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Up to 3 Entries

No purchase or subscription is necessary to enter the Giveaway or to receive up to three (3) entries through this method.

Eligible individuals may receive up to three (3) entries without making a purchase by completing the following actions during the Giveaway Period:

(a) Online Entry Form – One (1) Entry: Visit the MoonBrew Giveaway Entry Form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeSvYuWA6t1UlC06jGSi0YSDou-0ZQIXKdWJ8T-2twGSDX7uw/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=105461861241463134765 and complete and submit the online entry form by providing the requested information, which may include full name, valid email address, and state of residence.

Each eligible entrant who validly submits the free entry form during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry.

(b) Email Entry – One (1) Additional Entry: Send an email to hi@moonbrew.co during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “MoonBrew Giveaway Entry” and include the entrant’s full name and the same email address used to submit the MoonBrew Giveaway Entry Form.

An eligible entrant who completes this step in addition to submitting the online entry form will receive one (1) additional entry, for a total of two (2) entries.

(c) Instagram Follow – One (1) Additional Entry: Follow MoonBrew’s official Instagram account, @moonbrew, during the Giveaway Period and send an email to hi@moonbrew.co with the subject line “MoonBrew Giveaway Instagram Entry” containing a screenshot or other reasonable proof showing that the entrant follows the account. The email must also include the entrant’s full name and the same email address used to submit the MoonBrew Giveaway Entry Form.

An eligible entrant who completes this step, the email entry described above, and the online entry form will receive one (1) additional entry, for a total of three (3) entries.

An eligible entrant who completes all three free-entry actions described above will therefore receive a total of three (3) entries without making a purchase.

Limit three (3) entries per person through the free Alternative Method of Entry. Duplicate form submissions, emails, or proof of Instagram follow will not result in additional entries.

No purchase or MoonBrew subscription is required to enter through this method or to receive all three (3) available entries.

Entrants may receive promotional communications from MoonBrew regarding its products and services where permitted by applicable law and may unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not required to enter the Giveaway through this method.

Winner Eligibility

To be eligible to win, an entrant must, at the time the potential winner is selected, either (i) be an Active Subscriber or (ii) have validly submitted the free entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Accordingly, an entrant who received three (3) entries through a qualifying winback purchase but is no longer an Active Subscriber at the time of winner selection must have validly submitted the free entry form during the Giveaway Period to remain eligible to win.

Completion of the additional free-entry actions described in Method 3(b) and Method 3(c) is not required to remain eligible to win. Those actions provide additional entries only.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, late, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated agents within approximately seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

An entrant’s odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of eligible entries held by that entrant. Eligible entrants may receive up to three (3) entries through the free Alternative Method of Entry, and certain eligible winback entrants may receive three (3) entries through a qualifying promotional purchase, as described in Section 4.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address associated with the winner’s MoonBrew account or provided through the free entry form, as applicable.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) days after the notification is sent and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to administer prize fulfillment, including a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release.

Before declaring a potential winner the official winner, Sponsor will verify that the potential winner satisfies the eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules, including the Winner Eligibility requirements in Section 4.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to provide requested information, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

No more than two (2) alternate drawings will be held.

Prize fulfillment is expected within approximately six to eight (6–8) weeks after winner verification is complete.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive, at the winner’s election, either:

(a) one (1) Apple Watch with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $399; or

(b) its equivalent cash value of $399.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded in connection with the Giveaway is $399.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. If the Apple Watch becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as included in the prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, submitted fraudulent or noncompliant entries, attempted to obtain entries through unauthorized means, or otherwise acted in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor may, in its discretion, select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action taken by Sponsor.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent caused by a Released Party’s gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct or where such release is prohibited by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, corrupted, or undelivered entries, emails, or communications; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet service provider, website, or other connections; computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmission failures; or any technical, mechanical, typographical, human, or other error or problem connected with the Giveaway.

10. Privacy and Promotional Communications

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and otherwise in accordance with MoonBrew’s Privacy Policy, available at https://moonbrew.co/policies/privacy-policy.

MoonBrew may send entrants promotional communications regarding its products and services where permitted by applicable law. Entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by following the instructions included in those communications.

Entry into the Giveaway through the free Alternative Method of Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing or promotional communications.

Sponsor will not share Giveaway entry information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes except as disclosed in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a request to hi@moonbrew.co no later than ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
