OMG! This is what I've been looking for. I've tried all sorts of drinks & plans to help me sleep, & get on a regular sleep schedule, most of them quite helpful, but just not the right fit. MoonBrew rocks, and checks all the boxes for me. You can drink it hot or cold (I'm a cold drink fan), it tastes great, and I slowly get sleepy, without feeling drugged. I do wake up at night (have to pee, sadly!) but I go back to sleep very quickly. I've been dealing with insomnia forever, and the process of getting ready for bed helps me have better sleep hygiene too. I get a good 6 or 7 hours of sleep which is like miracle for me; have spent months getting at most 3 hours a night. So I'm a fan! I'm not dragging in th morning either.
