A dreamy twist on the classic Italian dessert, our Sleepy Tiramisu is layered with decadent MoonBrew Sleepy Coffee and velvety mascarpone. It captures the bold coffee flavor you know and love — with none of the caffeine buzz. This is indulgence with a sleepy-time upgrade.
INGREDIENTS
4 servings (8 scoops)
MoonBrew Sleepy Coffee (Vanilla Latte)
1 1/2 cups (360 ml)
Heavy whipping cream
8 oz (225 g)
Mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup (50 g)
Granulated sugar
1 tsp (5 ml)
Vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml)
Hot water
1 package
Ladyfingers
Cocoa powder (for dusting the top)

8”x8" or similar size dish

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Mix MoonBrew Sleepy Coffee (Vanilla Latte) with hot water until fully dissolved. This should be about 1 1/2 cups of Sleepy Coffee mixture. If not, add water until 1 1/2 cups. Pour into a shallow dish and set aside to cool
STEP 2
Add heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl and start beating on medium speed. Slowly add granulated sugar and vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and fold in until combined
STEP 3
One at a time, dip ladyfingers in the MoonBrew Sleepy Coffee (don’t fully soak) and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of your 8”x8” dish
STEP 4
Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top. Add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Smooth the remaining mascarpone cream over the top
STEP 5
Generously dust cocoa powder over the top
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 3 - 4 hours before serving. For best results, I recommend refrigerating at least overnight. Enjoy!
