1. SPONSOR

The Moonbrew Mattress Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by MoonBrew (“Sponsor”), located at 300 Vesey St New York 10282. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Moonbrew, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

• Starts: 9 March 2025 12:01am EST

• Ends: 21 March 2025 11:59pm EST

• Winner will be announced on 29 March via DM from MoonBrew

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1) Tag 3 friends who need better sleep in the comments of MoonBrew's Instagram giveaway post - comment must be on Instagram. View our post here
2) Share the post to their Instagram story & tag @moonbrew (1 bonus entry)
3) Make sure you’re following @moonbrew on Instagram to qualify

5. PRIZE DETAILS

• One (1) winner will receive a cash gift card of $1,500 entitling them to purchase one (1) mattress and one year supply of MoonBrew (value $500)

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  
  

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries OR based on a panel judging creativity (if contest-based).

• The winner will be notified via DM on Instagram/TikTok within 14 days of the giveaway ending.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or a new winner may be chosen.

• The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release before receiving the prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules.

• By entering, participants grant Moonbrew the right to use their video for promotional purposes.

• The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited.

• Individuals located in Rhode Island, Illinois, or Washington are excluded from entering this giveaway

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Moonbrew, Instagram, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
