INGREDIENTS

MoonBrew Coconut Chocolate

1 Cup

Crushed graham crackers

1/2 Cup

Shredded coconut

1/4 Cup

Non-alcoholic rum

2 Tbsp

Maple syrup (or honey)

Optional - Extra coconut for rolling

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and MoonBrew Coconut Chocolate powder.

STEP 2

Pour in the rum and maple syrup. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and holds together when pressed.

STEP 3

Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.

STEP 4

Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat the outside.

STEP 5

Place the rum balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 mins before enjoying.
